This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy“) describes how Medical Meditation Corp. (“Clinical Trial Hero“) collects and uses your information through a variety of digital means. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE CLINICAL TRIAL HERO WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION (the “Platform“), on any phone, tablet, console, or other device (collectively “Device“), YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Clinical Trial Hero may modify this Privacy Policy at any time effective upon its posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform and any other Clinical Trial Hero service constitutes your acceptance to this Privacy Policy and any updates. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms and Conditions.
While this Privacy Policy is intended to generally describe our privacy practices, our goal is to also provide more detailed information at times when it’s most meaningful to you. Please look for these notices within the Platform

What You Give Us
We collect the information you give us or permit us to access. Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, e-mail, geographic location, gender, health conditions of interest, clinical trials of interest, products of interest, ads of interest.
What We Collect from You
We may automatically collect information regarding your interaction with, and use of, the Platform. Other information we may collect includes, but is not limited to your Device identifier and hardware information, IP address and language, usage statistics, symptom intensity data, cookie information, and system type. (The information we collect from you, together with the information you give us, will be called “Your Information” in this Privacy Policy.)
Minor's privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from people under the legal age in their jurisdiction.
Using Information
We may use Your Information to do the following:

- Enhance, customize, and personalize your Platform experience and Clinical Trial Hero communications
Operate, Improve, and Analyze
- Operate, provide, improve and maintain Clinical Trial Hero products and services, including analyzing user behaviour and trends

- Communicate with you about your purchase, account information or customer service.

For example, service providers and third parties may handle credit card processing, shipping, data management, e-mail distribution, market research, information analysis, and promotions management.

We may disclose information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect our own or others’ rights, property or safety. We may share information to prevent illegal uses of Clinical Trial Hero products and services or violations of the Terms and Conditions, or to defend ourselves against third-party claims. Your information may be transferred to a third party as a part of our business assets in a sale of a part or all of Clinical Trial Hero. If this should happen, notice will be provided by posting to the Platform or other form of communication.

All information you provide to us through the Platform is stored on the following third-party services used by the website and app:
Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. All payment information is stored with our payment processor and is never stored on Clinical Trial Hero servers. Where we have given you (or you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of the Platform, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone, and suggest that you change your password frequently.
No Guarantee of Confidentiality
Unfortunately, like other companies, Clinical Trial Hero cannot guarantee 100% the security or confidentiality of the information you provide us. However, once we have received Your Information we will use strict procedures and security features to try and prevent unauthorized access.
Accessing Information
You may access Your Information at any time via your online account, or by e-mailing [email protected]
Choices
Modifying or Deleting your Information
You can modify or delete your profile through your account. Clinical Trial Hero may keep information and content in our backup files and archives.
Communication / Unsubscribe / Opt-out
Regardless of the setting you select, Clinical Trial Hero may send you service-related communications. To unsubscribe and stop receiving messages, please change your settings or follow the instructions in the e-mail, text message, notification or other message type. If you have unsubscribed from any Clinical Trial Hero communication, due to production schedules, you may receive communications already in production.
International Users
Our digital operations are conducted, in whole or in part, in Canada. Regardless of where you live, you consent to have your personal data transferred, processed and stored in Canada, and allow Clinical Trial Hero to use and collect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Licence Agreement
Medical Meditation Corp (“MM CORP“)
PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Licence“) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE MM Corp APPLICATION, CLINICAL TRIAL HERO (“Clinical Trial Hero“). BY USING CLINICAL TRIAL HERO, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENCE, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE CLINICAL TRIAL HERO AND, IF PRESENTED WITH THE OPTION TO “AGREE” TO “DISAGREE” TO THE TERMS, CLICK “DISAGREE”.
1. General
a. Clinical Trial Hero, any third-party software, documentation, interface, content, fonts and any data accompanying this Licence are licenced, not sold, to you by MM Corp for use only under the terms of this Licence. MM Corp retains ownership of Clinical Trial Hero and reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
b. MM Corp, at its discretion, may make available future upgrades to Clinical Trial Hero. Upgrades and updates, if any, may not necessarily include all existing software features or new features that MM Corp has released. The terms of this Licence will govern any software upgrades or updates provided by MM Corp, unless such upgrade or update is accompanied by a separate license in which case you agree that the terms of that license will govern such upgrade or update.
2. Scope of licence
a. MM Corp grants you a limited, exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Clinical Trial Hero on any phone, tablet, console, or other device (the “Device“) that you own or control, as permitted by the Clinical Trial Hero Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”). This Licence does not allow you to use Clinical Trial Hero on any Device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make Clinical Trial Hero available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicence Clinical Trial Hero. You may not copy (except as expressly permitted by this licence and the Terms & Conditions), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of Clinical Trial Hero, any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licencing terms governing the use of any open sources components included within Clinical Trial Hero). Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of MM Corp and its licensors. If you breach this restriction, you may be subject to prosecution and damages. The terms of this Licence will govern any upgrades provided by MM Corp that replace and/or supplement the original product supplied to you.
3. Consent to Use of Data
a. By accepting this licence, you also acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to MM Corp Privacy Policy, and its application to this Licence.
4. Termination
a. This Licence is effective until terminated by MM Corp. Your rights under this Licence will terminate automatically without notice from MM Corp if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Licence. Upon termination of this Licence, you shall cease all use of Clinical Trial Hero, and destroy all copies, full or partial, of Clinical Trial Hero.
5. Services & Third-Party Materials
a. Clinical Trial Hero may enable access to MM Corp and third-party services and websites (collectively and individually, “Services“). Use of the Services may require Internet access and that you accept additional terms of service. You understand that by using any of the Services, you may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as having explicit language, and that the results of any search or entering of a particular URL may automatically and unintentionally generate links or references to objectionable material. Nevertheless, you agree to use of the Services at your sole risk and that MM Corp will not have any liability to you for content that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
b. Certain Services may display, include, or make available content, data, information, applications or materials from third parties, (“Third Party Materials“) or provide links to certain third-party websites. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that MM Corp is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright, compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect of such Third-Party Materials or websites. MM Corp does not warrant or endorse and does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any third-party Services. Third Party materials or websites and links to other websites are provided solely as a convenience to you.
6c. You agree that any Services contain proprietary content, information, and material that is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, and that you will not use such proprietary content, information or materials in any way whatsoever in any form or by any means. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services, in any manner, and you will not exploit the Services in any unauthorized way whatsoever. You further agree not to use the Services in any manner to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any other party, and that MM Corp is not in any way responsible for any such use by you, nor for any harassing, threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal messages or transmissions that you may receive as a result of using any of the Services.
d. In addition, the Services may be accessed from, displayed on or linked to from Devices are not available in all languages or in all countries. MM Corp makes no representation that such Services and Third-Party Materials are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to access such Services or Third-Party Materials, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, including but not limited to applicable local laws. MM Corp, and its licensors, reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any of the Services at anytime without notice. In no event will MM Corp be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such Services. MM Corp may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain Services in any case and without notice or liability.
6. No Medical or Health Care Advice Provided
a. MM Corp does not provide medical or health care advice through Clinical Trial Hero. The content of Medical Meditation is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN OR OTHER QUALIFIED HEALTH CARE PROVIDER FOR ADVICE REGARDING ANY MEDICAL CONDITION. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SELF- DIAGNOSE OR TREAT ANY MEDICAL CONDITION BASED ON ANYTHING CONTAINED IN Clinical Trial Hero. MM Corp can neither endorse nor recommend products, and information provided within Clinical Trial Hero is of a general nature for educational and informational purposes only. MM Corp neither endorses nor recommends clinical trials, and any enrollment into said clinical trials is at your own risk. Reliance on any information provided by MM Corp through Clinical Trial Hero is at your own risk. MM Corp has not independently evaluated the safety or efficacy of any product or clinical trial offered by its suppliers. Statements made in Clinical Trial Hero may not have been evaluated by Health Canada. If you think you may have a medical emergency call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
7. Disclaimer
a. All information provided via Clinical Trial Hero (the “Information“) is intended for informational purposes only and is subject to change or withdrawal by MM Corp at any time without notice. MM Corp assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the Information. MM Corp cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from the use of Clinical Trial Hero. MM Corp does not represent or warrant that Clinical Trial Hero will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that Clinical Trial Hero or the server that makes Clinical Trial Hero available are free of viruses or anything else harmful. THE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CURRENTNESS, OR NON- INFRINGEMENT. MM Corp FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH CLINICAL TRIAL HERO OR THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THEREIN. MM Corp does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the Information in terms of its correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, reliability or otherwise. You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain the Information at your own risk, and that you will be solely responsible for your use and any damage to your mobile Device, computer system or other Device in which you access Clinical Trial Hero, loss of data or other harm of any kind that may result. MM Corp reserves the right to change any and all Information and other items used or contained in Clinical Trial Hero at any time without notice. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
a. IN NO EVENT WILL MM Corp BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF CLINICAL TRIAL HERO, THE INFORMATION, OR ON ANY OTHER HYPERLINKED WEB SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERUPPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF MM Corp IS EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. MM Corp assumes no liability for or relating to the delay, failure, interruption or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with your use of Clinical Trial Hero. You assume total responsibility for your use of Clinical Trial Hero. Your only remedy against MM Corp for use of Clinical Trial Hero or any content is to stop using Clinical Trial Hero. That said, if MM Corp is liable to you for any damage or loss that is in any way connected with your use of Clinical Trial Hero or any Content, MM Corp liability will not exceed $100.00CND. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
9. Governing Law
a. These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the Province of Alberta, and of Canada, exclusive of choice of law rules.
10. Severability
a. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and unenforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision will be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced, as so limited.
11. Waiver
a. The failure of any party to enforce any provision of this Licence will not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every other provision of this Licence
